This poll is serious. What would you do if a Bigfoot actually attacked you and we will suppose you had a rifle or handgun to kill it.

Hi all, I dont think that anyone could effectivley (sp) predict what they would do in such a situation. However, I would like to think that if it happened to me and I was armed that I would shoot to injure and scare it away but not before grabbing the biggest handfull of hair I could, root and all.

We could not predict the way we would react but hopefully we could react in a way we hope.

Well guys when things get to that point and you or a loved one is in grave danger if time permits one warning shot................if not shoot to kill.......I do not condone killing but until a BF is proven to be more human than animal then you must protect your self.

Hello Everyone,
I think the only way that the BF would actually attack someone is if it was wonded or pretecting it's young. Because the way a lot of footage, letters, news articles say that they had never heard of a injury or a killing from a BF. Thats why I say I would strand my ground.

If my life or the lives of my children were in actual danger from one of these animals, I would not hesitate to shoot and kill. I was taught that if you are going to shoot something make it worth while, as killing whatever you are shooting at. Just think, if you shot the animal and didn't kill it what can an injured and scared 500 lb animal do to you? I would never let myself get that close to a wild animal regaurdless of what it was. All wild animals are unpredicatble and nervous around humans. But back to the subject. If I was not in immediate danger no I would not just shoot it and if I was being attacked yes without hesitation to protect myself and my family I would shoot to kill. Even if it was human or animal.

We all need to protect ourselves especially from other humans that want to hurt us. I bought 2 pistols since I had 2 strokes 2 years ago that left me weakend to protect myself. I would only use it on bigfoot if my life was in danger by it.
Til Later
